Last Wednesday we started a new Instagram cookalong series called Lunch Therapy. In this series we will be sharing fun/sassy/delicious/impressive 15 minute lunches for all of us that are working from home and need a break from sad desk lunches and leftovers. The idea is that we all will feel a little happier and better if we take a short break from work and do a 15 min therapeutic cooking session together where we cook something beautiful and tasty. Kind of like when you go out to a nice restaurant for lunch but we do it at home. We premiered with this delicious sandwich with warm mushrooms and spicy kimchi over a sliced avocado sandwich.
